Returns Policy

At Third Avenue, we want you to love your purchase but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied we will gladly accept a return on all full priced items for an online store credit, gift card or exchange of items, subject to availability, given your return meets the following items:

• The item is returned within 14 days of receiving your order

• The item is unworn and in original condition

• All original tags are still attached to the item

• The item is packaged back in all original Third Avenue packaging

The return cost is to be covered by the customer. New shipments of exchanged items will be at the cost of Third Avenue.

All sale and discounted items are final. We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items, this includes exchanges, store credits and gift cards, unless the item is faulty.

All faulty items will be reviewed by the team and if accepted, Third Avenue will refund the returned cost.

All returns must be approved by the support team before the return has been processed. Please note, no exceptions will be made for parcels sent without approval, to incorrect addresses or without any tracking details.

To commence your return, please email info@thirdavenueclo.com, stating your order number and the reasoning for your return.
